SponsorWall privacy policy

Wallpaper choices and reports
Your account stores single or rotating wallpaper choices, the rotation interval, a pinned campaign or image, excluded sponsors or categories, and your explicit fallback choices. These affect campaign selection and authorized rewards. A change can replace the current assignment. Rotation itself never earns points.
Subtle mode composes a sponsor image with your original background locally. Original images, monitor layout, slideshow recovery details and composed files stay on this PC. Slideshow switching requires separate permission; unsupported backgrounds must be changed deliberately before activation.
Sponsor reports use aggregate validated displays, campaign credits and awarded user points. These amounts may differ when an earning cap applies. Brief and detailed summary PDFs contain aggregate campaign, mode and date totals, without personal records. Separate audience summaries use optional profile selections recorded when a campaign assignment is issued and suppress small groups. Later profile changes do not relabel historical displays. Older displays without a snapshot remain unclassified. Sponsor reports contain no account identifiers, emails, voucher codes or support records and do not measure sponsor website visits.
Service messages and support
SponsorWall may show plain-text service messages to everyone or selected accounts inside the app. Message schedules, content and selected account IDs are stored on the server and removed 30 days after expiry or cancellation. Connected apps refresh messages every five minutes. Dismissed message IDs and expiry times stay on this computer for the relevant account; no read, open or dismissal receipts are sent. Messages never affect points.
Support staff can preview your existing verified email for a support request and prepare a troubleshooting reply in their email app. This does not send email automatically or create a second contact address. The mail provider processes the address and content if staff choose to send. Administrative contact-preview, draft and message actions are audited without message bodies or email addresses in the audit. Draft contents are not stored on the SponsorWall server. Sponsors receive no support or contact data.
The private Support view uses existing display-validation results, coupon-email status and last-sync observations. No new automatic diagnostic events are collected. Local failures are unknown unless you deliberately share safe diagnostics with support. Sponsor website visits, addresses and link-opening errors remain excluded; there is no link tracking or reward for a visit.
Account email and recovery
Your verified email links your SponsorWall account across computers and receives sign-in codes and reward coupons. We encrypt it in our database and use a keyed hash to find your account. Sponsors do not receive your email. Resend processes the recipient address and message content to deliver these transactional emails. We do not subscribe you to marketing messages. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes, allow at most five incorrect attempts and are stored as keyed hashes; expired challenge records are removed by scheduled cleanup. You may also save a recovery code as a backup. Never share sign-in or recovery codes with support.
Operational emails
An administrator can deliberately send maintenance notices, product updates, support replies or compensation notifications to existing eligible verified accounts. These messages use the account email already on file. Recipients are selected when the administrator confirms the send; future accounts are not automatically added. Resend processes each recipient address and message separately. Other recipients and sponsors cannot see your email address.
Message subjects and bodies are encrypted in the server queue. Minimal delivery records retain account and keyed email identities, purpose, status, attempts and administrative audit references. Provider acceptance does not prove inbox delivery. After a message batch is at least 90 days old, the email worker removes its encrypted content when no recipients remain queued or retrying; minimal delivery and audit history remains. SponsorWall does not request or record email-open or link-click receipts. Contact admin@sponsorwall.in to stop operational notices. Suppression of operational notices does not disable sign-in codes or authenticated access to your rewards.
Contact and eligibility
SponsorWall is for adults aged 18 or older living in India. For support or privacy requests, contact admin@sponsorwall.in. Setup asks you to confirm your eligibility, without collecting a date of birth or identity document. This declaration does not verify age or identity.
Gift card rewards
Redemption records include your account ID, reward, points price and request status. Voucher codes and optional PINs are encrypted on the server. Fulfilled coupons are available through authenticated account access and sent to your verified email through Resend. Email delivery may be delayed or fail; the coupon remains in the app. Protect your email account and do not forward coupons. An administrator receives request alerts without voucher codes. Copy code or PIN writes the selected value to your clipboard only when you choose it. Internal admin notes are not shared with users.
Optional points notifications use a per-account server cursor to avoid repeating previously presented credits. They appear only while the app is in the foreground and do not change balances. You can turn them off in Settings.
Data on your computer
Country, consent, preferences and a random installation ID are saved on this PC. Legacy local display names and work fields may remain, but names are no longer requested. Campaign images, wallpaper backups, display events, point history, review flags and unsent requests are also stored here. Your display name and original wallpaper backups are not sent for campaign matching.
Windows session, idle-time and window-coverage signals are checked locally. SponsorWall does not capture screenshots, window titles, application names, browsing history, keystrokes, camera, microphone or clipboard content. It does not scan unrelated files or create a hardware fingerprint.
Data shared with SponsorWall
When connected, the app sends your random installation ID and credential, app version, country, categories, profession, field, modes and preferences. It also sends campaign, image and assignment IDs, rejections, activity status, and display IDs, times and durations. These support matching, delivery, validation, fraud checks and point accounting. A random account ID links your installations and rewards. Optional audience selections are stored against this pseudonymous account: primary status, student field of study and career interests, current industry and role for workers, and general interests. They support relevant campaigns and aggregate audience reports. No age range, city, precise location or sensitive categories are requested. Historical delivery retains its targeted, extended or broad classification even when your preferences change.
Reports include your reason and any details you enter. Do not include sensitive information. Connection metadata, including IP addresses, may be processed by SponsorWall and its hosting providers. Sponsors receive aggregate statistics without installation or device IDs.
Sign-in uses verified email codes; a saved recovery code also restores the same account. The server retains only a keyed hash of the recovery secret. Anyone with your sign-in or recovery code can access your account; keep it private. Cash payments and withdrawals are unavailable. No third-party analytics tools are included. Diagnostics exclude email addresses and codes and are not sent automatically.
Your choices
Change your profile, categories and wallpaper mode in Settings. Pause, restore, reject or report a campaign at any time. Pause stops qualification, but does not erase online records or necessarily stop synchronization. Choose Quit & restore from the Windows system tray to stop the app.
Contact admin@sponsorwall.in for access, email correction or deletion requests. Use your verified email or saved recovery code to restore your account on another PC. Restoration revokes the previous installation credential and preserves account rewards and audience selections. Replacing a recovery code invalidates the old code. Self-service online export and deletion remain unavailable. Do not send identity documents, payment details or recovery codes to support.
Retention, reset and uninstall
Local records remain until reset or removal of app data. Reset attempts wallpaper restoration before clearing your profile, history and campaign cache. It does not erase online records and can disconnect this PC from its existing points. The desktop setup uninstaller retains app data. Microsoft Store uninstall can remove local data. Save your recovery code and restore your wallpaper before uninstalling.
Except for the expiry periods described in this notice, online records and backups have no automatic deletion schedule. Contact support about removal. Backups and diagnostic exports may contain personal or reward data; keep them private.
Security and sponsor links
Windows DPAPI protects your installation credential. Recovery codes are displayed only when issued and are not saved in frontend browser storage. Local app data and diagnostic exports are not encrypted by SponsorWall. No software can guarantee complete security.
Sponsor links and optional QR codes open separate websites with their own privacy practices. SponsorWall does not track or reward these visits; the website may process your visit independently. Report suspicious content from Campaigns.
Changes to this notice
Changes to data collection, accounts, email, rewards or hosting require an updated notice and the applicable user choices before they take effect.
